A&E Audiology helps patients reconnect with the world through better hearing. We’re looking for a Phones Representative to join our team and be the voice that guides patients toward care and connection.

*Job Summary*

The Phones Representative is responsible for high-volume outbound communication with prospective and existing patients. This role supports lead conversion, appointment scheduling, and marketing efforts including event coordination, vendor communication, and ROI tracking.

*Responsibilities*

* Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective and existing patients
* Book appointments and optimize the schedule
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
* Support marketing efforts: event prep, vendor coordination, ROI tracking
* Maintain accurate records and report daily metrics
* Represent A&E’s values in every interaction

*Qualifications*

* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Sales-oriented mindset
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
* Healthcare or audiology experience a plus

*Schedule*

* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
* Wednesday: 8 AM – 7 PM
* Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM
