**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will be involved in assembly and manufacturing tasks, utilizing hand and power tools such as drills and rivet guns. You will be responsible for measuring materials and ensuring precision in various production processes. **Responsibilities** + Operate hand and power tools, including drills and rivet guns, for assembly tasks. + Measure and select appropriate materials for projects using measurement tape. + Perform mechanical assembly and handle sheet metal with precision. + Follow work orders to complete tasks efficiently. + Use cutting tools, punch press, calipers, and other equipment as required. + Build crates and handle materials effectively. + Read and interpret blueprints for construction and assembly tasks. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools in a production environment. + Ability to perform mechanical assembly with sheet metal. + Comfortable standing and walking throughout the entire shift. + Experience in construction or similar work environments. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with rivet and riveting processes. + Ability to work with mechanical tools and equipment. + Understanding of blueprint reading for assembly tasks. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a long-term opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic work environment. It is not climate controlled and features loud machinery. You will be standing on a cement floor for the majority of the shift, with occasional opportunities to work outside based on job requirements. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
