Position: Production Scheduler

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $55,000 to $65,000/year

Experience: Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a relevant industry.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Production Scheduler to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Collaborate with managers and production employees to ensure production goals are met on time.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and customers, providing timely updates.
• Manage all scheduling and ensure materials are ready to maximize production efficiency.
• Coordinate efforts between engineering, production, quality, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and oversee production control activities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Optimize scheduling for manufacturing processes and resource allocation.
• Schedule and track material movement throughout the production cycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency with analytic tools such as spreadsheets and database managers.
• Experience with Epicor preferred.
• Intermediate experience with ERP and Excel software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., navigate the facility, and use stairs.
