Work From Home - Bilingual (Spanish) Senior Customer Service Coordinator - Collections Are you looking for a challenging role that includes the convenience of working virtually at home? This Capital One Customer Operations role is designed for you. You’ll own issue resolution, guide colleagues, and report trending customer concerns to improve the overall experience. Responsibilities Advocate for customers, problem‑solve, and own issue resolution with compliance and regulatory support; handle complaints and escalated situations. Investigate customer concerns, create and implement process improvements, and report trending issues. Support other customer service associates by guiding them to the correct resources and offering in‑moment feedback. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience. At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Preferred Qualifications At least 4 years of customer service or call center experience. At least 1 year in the financial industry. At least 1 year of collections experience. Work‑From‑Home Technology Requirements Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions. Reliable private internet connection not supplied via cellular data or hotspot. A private network that is password protected and accessible to all devices. Internet service from Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP). Hi‑speed internet: VPN download speed at least 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps preferred; no hotspots or satellite services. Both hard‑wired and Wi‑Fi connections accepted if speed and security requirements are met.
